Terms and Conditions

Deposit policy:

  For 1 or 2 nights stay : 50% of total cost
3 nights and more : 30% of total cost

Cancellation policy:

  We respectfully remind our guests that a booking represents a contract between themselves & A Pignata. 
In the event of cancellation or a shorter stay a charge will be incurred unless we are able to re-sell the room.
In case of cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be kept by the hotel.
Although we will do our best to try to re-sell the room, we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.

Arrivals and departure:

  Arrivals : 15.00 to 19.00 pm

  Departures : 8.00 to 11.00 am
